I really like how you've managed to pick a highlight that's soft and blended giving it that outside sunny feeling. For some reason, her breasts look ... huge and gravity defying with the shapes created by the direct and indirect light. The indirect lighting has a nice and fleshy tone.
Now to what I have some trouble with: the planes in her face. The lines that her smile creates look off and the smile stops at her mouth as if the rest of her face was so full of botox that she was close to death. Either there is a really strong indirect light source in her lower right or there should be more shadows from her nose and eye sockets showing how her face is shaped. Her right cheek almost shines.
