That truly is quite beautiful, you really made it look like her and it looks great. You also got a lot of good details in there. I especially love the eyes.

The face is a great focal point, but I think the hands could have a little more detail. especially around the wrist could have some skin folds etc.

The hair looks great though, just that the left part over her shoulder doesn't look too good, maybe it would be better if you darken it up more and add some shadows and a little more work. Other than that the hair looks great.
